How did it start?

The idea of a Reggae Rock and Rights Tour was born at an international youth workshop in Luleå, Sweden 2008. 50 youth from the Barents countries where gathered to discuss human rights and how to cooperate on the topic. The solution was to set off the greatest tour, aiming to enthuse youth to get organised and work for human rights in their own society. During this tour, we want to take the opportunity to spread the most and the best from the Barents region: sharing a little glimpse of each country through it’s music. That’s why and how The Tour started.
